All our sailing routes lie in and around Amsterdam: the IJ, the IJhaven, the North Sea Canal and the North Holland Canal. You always sail privately, with your own skipper.

In Amsterdam you can come aboard at four places:
NDSM-werf
Amsterdam-Noord, reached with the free ferry from Amsterdam Central.
Amsterdam Central
Boarding place for both sloops.

Our sailing area in Amsterdam consists of:
- The IJ
- The IJhaven
- The North Sea Canal
- The North Holland Canal
We do not sail on the inner waterways of the city centre. If you would like to sail there, our regular partners will help you.
Route in consultation
You agree the route with the skipper, within the available waterways. Which waters you visit during your cruise depends on the agreed route and duration.

Our sloops in Amsterdam
In Amsterdam we sail with De Olifant and the Stelz. Both sloops can be hired privately, always with your own skipper.

What it costs
De Olifant from €350 per hour and the Stelz from €225 per hour, including VAT and a minimum of two hours. Packages start at €37.50 per person.

In case of rain
In case of rain the cruise can be moved within 48 hours before the booking. From 1 April 2027 De Olifant is covered in bad weather.
